Eligibility
You can exchange any item purchased online (excluding cosmetics and fragrances) within 8 days of delivery, provided you have proof of purchase.
Proof of Purchase
Acceptable forms of proof include a receipt or the order confirmation email.
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
- Unused with all tags intact
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by the original invoice
If you receive a defective item, the wrong size, or an incorrect item, please provide proof of the issue. Items sold as HOME articles must be returned in their original packaging. Products delivered in boxes (like unstitched luxury items) must also be returned with their original packaging.

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at jadeelegance252@gmail.com or call us at +92 3708388826. We will arrange for the item(s) to be picked up from your doorstep. Once we receive and verify the items, a credit voucher of the same value will be issued for use in our online store only.
